Mexico City, Mexico
4-5 September 2014
Joining the Strategy Summit this year will be senior-level executives looking to engage in this scenario planning crash course not only to strengthen their understanding of key issues facing their organizations, but also to create a culture of scenario thinking that carries forward into the companies’ respective planning processes.
The event will combine plenary and breakout sessions in which participants think through key issues while attempting to overcome cognitive barriers that can hamper decision-making abilities. The Strategy Summit will allow executives the opportunity to take a step back from the day-to-day distractions of running their businesses to concentrate on the most important external factors influencing their business outlook as well as critical elements in their respective sectors or industries and how these factors might change.
