Learn more about the A.T. Kearney team at University of Toronto. We look forward to meeting you soon.

Greetings University of Toronto students,

As a Rotman alumni and A.T. Kearney's UofT School partner, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our school page. I am a partner in our Energy and Process Industry practice and over the 16 years I have been with the firm, I have watched with great pride as we have renewed our independence and reinvigorated our brand as one of the premier, global strategic management advisory and consulting firms.

What has helped drive this transformation is our relentless focus on staying true to our roots as a firm known for being genuine and collaborative. At A.T. Kearney, we see our clients, not as people who have hired us to deliver a project, but as partners who are leaders in their organizations and in their communities, who trust us to provide the right advice on some of the most difficult challenges they face.

What helps us deliver this responsibility is the way we work together. I see the people I work with not as my co-workers or colleagues, but as my friends and family. These are people who have a strong skill set, but also importantly are down-to-earth, authentic and fun to be around.

These are exciting times at A.T. Kearney as we are well on our way to achieving our objective of doubling in size by 2020 and becoming the most admired consulting firm in the industry. Central to achieving that objective is identifying the next generation of leaders for our firm. I sincerely hope that you take the time to reach out to our University of Toronto alumni to learn more about what this firm has to offer you.

I look forward to getting to know you better over the weeks and months ahead!

Best regards,

Neal Walters
