Learn more about the A.T. Kearney team at Heinz College. We look forward to meeting you soon.

As the Carnegie Mellon University recruiting lead for A.T. Kearney Procurement & Analytic Solutions I am excited to welcome you to our recruiting portal. The team has organized a lot of great information for you on the recruiting process, key dates, events and the firm – and we hope you find this useful as you pursue career opportunities in consulting.

As I write this note, I am a bit nostalgic as well as extremely proud – Nostalgic because it reminds me of the anxious times six years back when I was in your shoes, in the hunt for that ideal launch pad post-grad school. Proud because A.T. Kearney continues to give me the stepping stone that I had secretly hoped for but couldn’t fathom it until the day I signed the offer. Six years into this firm, A.T. Kearney continues gives me a reason to wake up each morning with that desire of making an impact as a highly valued and trusted advisor for our clients and people in our organization.

Being a CMU alumna I really value the people that define the culture of the place I am associated with, and coming out of grad school I wanted an organization that would replicate the CMU cultural essence – ‘people are the real assets’. A.T. Kearney gave me all of this along with the opportunity to work with the brightest minds in America and globally.

As you continue your search for that ideal next stop in your journey, I hope that you can define your passion and find a home for it – just like I did.

With this I wish you all the best for the recruiting season. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me or anyone in the A.T. Kearney Procurement and Analytic Solutions recruiting team.

Best regards,

Balika Sonthalia
