Learn more about the A.T. Kearney team at Georgetown. We look forward to meeting you soon.

Greetings Georgetown students,

As A.T. Kearney's Georgetown University Officer, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our on-line site. Here you will find information on our firm, our recruiting process, key recruiting dates and events.

At A.T. Kearney we place a special emphasis on working shoulder to shoulder with our clients to deliver practical and implementable solutions. This philosophy instills in our consultants not only the ability to develop the “right" solution, but also the knowledge, skills and experience to transform an organization.

As a Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to contribute to client engagements from Day One, working as an integral part of an engagement team.  Typical responsibilities of our Business Analysts include collecting quantitative and qualitative data, performing complex analyses, and helping to formulate conclusions and recommendations.  We will nurture your entrepreneurial spirit and we are committed to providing you with a hands-on experience that will position you well for wherever your career leads – whether it is additional education, continued development and progression within our firm, or a shift to another industry.

As part of the global A.T. Kearney team, new Business Analysts will begin as generalists and gain exposure to multiple industries, geographies and functional areas. While we believe our Washington D.C. office presents great opportunities in a fantastic city, we are also recruiting Business Analysts into our other US locations, including New York, Chicago, and others. Longer term, many of our Business Analysts take advantages of the numerous global client engagement opportunities and firm mobility programs to gain international experience.

Training and development is a vital component of your introduction to A.T. Kearney and our investment in you. As a Business Analyst you will attend multiple training programs in which you learn essential concepts and methodologies crucial to the craft of management consulting. Training is delivered by our best and brightest consultants at all levels, supplemented by exceptional external professional development staff.

Having started with the firm as a Business Analyst myself, I can personally attest to the diversity of experience, global exposure, continued development and exciting challenges that being part of the A.T. Kearney team presents.

Best of luck as you continue your studies.  I look forward to seeing many of you throughout our recruiting season.

Best regards,

John Wolff
