A.T. Kearney study of public institutions in Eastern Europe

Eastern European governments are facing profound challenges from globalization, aging populations and increased social needs. Findings in the recent A.T. Kearney Citizen-Centric Government survey reveal that a major trend in coming years will be the growing importance of citizens, as they either benefit most from global progress or endure the impact of its adverse effects. Future state policies must consider the needs of citizens among their highest priorities.
