    If you:

    • Are a Top-tier university graduate (MBA preferred)
    • Have a superior track record of achievements in your prior employment (minimum 3 years industry experience in blue-chip companies or consulting experience)
    • Are highly analytical and a superior problem solver
    • Have excellent English and verbal communication skills and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia or Mandarin

    Campus Recruiting
    We leverage from our global offices and recruit from top business schools both locally and internationally. Our recruitment team, many of whom are alumni, will come to target campuses and work with you as we explore your post MBA employment options. Our objective is to help interested students better understand the challenges and opportunities of a consulting career at our firm.

    Summer Associates
    Our Summer Associate program spans 12-weeks and provides candidates with the opportunity to experience a glimpse of consulting life and attend relevant internal training programs. The candidate will be based in Southeast Asia and have the opportunity to join a consulting engagement with other A.T. Kearney consultants.
