Education
We are interested in candidates with MBA or Master, PhD Qualifications, who have a proven track record of outstanding academic achievements.
We mainly recruit from international top ranking universities and business schools.

- Analytically adept, self-directed, team-oriented, thrive on challenge, ambitious
- Demonstrated leadership potential with team-working experience
- Strong interpersonal qualities; maturity, judgment, enthusiasm, persistence, flexibility, persuasiveness, pragmatism, innovativeness
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus
- International exposure preferred
- Record of achievement and rapid career progression
- Evidence of well-rounded interests (voluntary work, sporting/arts achievements, participation in student groups, other extra-curricular activities, etc.)
Professional experience
- Mix of backgrounds considered with strong industry/consulting skills preferred
- Experience working for blue-chip/Fortune 500 companies and/or top local national groups
- Functional experience with Strategic Development, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, Finance, etc.
