    For undergraduates:

    • Target schools: top schools such as FEA, FGV, ITA, Poli, Tec Monterrey, UBA, Unicamp.
    For all others:
    • MBA or Master, PhD Qualification

    • Analytically adept, self-directed, team-oriented, thrive on challenge, ambitious
    • Demonstrated leadership potential with team-working experience
    • Strong interpersonal qualities; maturity, judgment, enthusiasm, persistence, flexibility, persuasiveness, pragmatism, innovativeness
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
    • Spanish/Portuguese as third language desired
    • International exposure preferred
    • Record of achievement and rapid career progression
    • Evidence of well-rounded interests (voluntary work, sporting/arts achievements, participation in student groups, other extra-curricular activities, etc.)

    Professional experience

    • Mix of backgrounds considered with strong industry/consulting skills preferred
    • Experience working for blue-chip/Fortune 500 companies and/or top local national groups
    • Functional experience with Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Strategic Planning, etc.
