With over 10 years of industry and consulting experience, Esteban Bowles has served a variety of corporate clients in consumer packaged goods and retail. He specializes in managing large-scale strategic and cost transformations. Areas of expertise include real estate and construction, supply chain, store operations, and procurement.

- For a fashion retailer, led a broad corporate restructuring program including real estate portfolio optimization, workforce reduction, store labor and process improvement, and an indirect sourcing program
- For a specialty retailer, led a focused effort to transform its supply chain operations; enhanced factory-to-store processes and product flows, optimized the transportation network, streamlined DC operations, and redesigned the supporting infrastructure and organization
- For a leading CPG company, led a productivity improvement program to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of its procurement function; created a roadmap to double savings contribution while streamlining the function, shifting resources towards value-added activities
- Led the identification and realization of operational synergies (supply chain, procurement, real estate, etc) from a merger that created the world’s largest consumer products company

Before joining A.T. Kearney, Esteban worked for Procter & Gamble in South America, where he led a number of capital and process improvement projects.
Esteban has an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University and a B.S. degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
