A.T. Kearney's Diversity Networks provide consultants from all backgrounds the support they need to succeed. The networks are supported and funded by A.T. Kearney's senior leadership, and in turn support A.T. Kearney's goals in recruiting, retention and professional development.
Network members:
- Assist in outreach efforts to make candidates aware of the company's policies
- Provide a global support network for its members
- Help members take advantage of both formal and informal mentoring opportunities
- Drive professional development opportunities
- Work with other leaders to raise awareness of diversity issues within A.T. Kearney
Worldwide Networks
North American Networks
A.T. Kearney's Diversity efforts are spearheaded by the North American Diversity and Inclusion Council. Established to provide the resources, guidance and policy support necessary to ensure that A.T. Kearney is a welcoming, comfortable place where all employees have an equal opportunity to develop and succeed.
The Diversity and Inclusion Council comprises a cross-section of firm officers and other diversity leaders, including the leaders of the Diversity Networks. It is responsible for the primary drivers of diversity: leadership, communication and involvement, education and training, and measurement.
