African American Consulting Network

A.T. Kearney’s African American Consulting Network serves as a platform for recruiting, developing and retaining African American talent within the firm. The network started in 1997 with a mission to provide a forum for mentoring, networking and professional development among the African American consultants. Since its inception, the organization has continued to provide support for its members and A.T. Kearney’s broader diversity goals through the following channels:
