Alumni Notes

Bob Chrismer
Last Title: Vice President
Previous Office(s): Chicago
Years: 1994 to 2005

Bob is currently Chief Human Capital Officer for Performance Trust Capital Partners, a Chicago-based institutional fixed income investment advisor and private wealth manager. He is proud to report that many of the HR programs he has introduced at Performance Trust were originally developed by his A.T. Kearney consultant colleagues during the years he provided HR support for the Americas. Those programs have stood the test of time in their ability to engage and develop high-performance talent. One disappointment, at a recent company outing for employees and customers at Wrigley Field (home of the Chicago Cubs), Bob failed to hit the ball out of the infield during a home run derby contest. “Clearly,” he says, “my athletic ability is not nearly as well developed as my judgment for picking great employers. A.T. Kearney and Performance Trust are in a league of their own!”

James F. Rogers
Last Title: Vice President
Previous Office(s): New York
Years: 1995 to 1996

Glen Ivy Hot Springs announced James F. Rogers to Board of Directors for the year 2011-2012. James is a former Vice President with A. T. Kearney and a former Senior Partner with Marketing Corporation of America. More recently he was Vice President of Marketing for Lincoln Mercury, where he was named a Brand Week Marketer of the Year.

Greg Rank
Last Title: Manager
Previous Office(s): San Francisco
Years: 2000 to 2008

Greg is currently working at Sonoma County Grange Credit Union performing duties related to all aspects of the company’s computer network. Additionally, he is charged with Credit Union purchasing, which requires RFPs with at least three qualified vendors for Board approval.

Greg is proud of his contributions at A.T. Kearney Procurement Analytics Solutions. The most entertaining and flattering is the use of his strange invention, "The OSULRC-1," at the Virginia off-site in 2007. The Outer Space Ultralight Rocking Chair was featured in the movie, Eliot’s War.

His son Spencer is home from college this spring and summer, working while waiting to attend graduate school in the fall. Daughter Zoe is living in West Los Angeles while she works and attends nursing school. Both children remain musically inclined. Greg’s wife Mary Sue is singing and performing with two musical groups in town: “Vox Populi” (a 50-person choir) that just performed the songs of Paul Simon, and "The Hot Flashes", eight women who've been asked to sing at a celebration for the 100-year anniversary of one of the local U.S. post offices.

Greg publishes on his website, blog and Twitter accounts, contributes to several popular online technical forums, and continues to write and record songs in his spare time.

Jag Raman
Last Title: Associate
Previous Office(s): San Francisco
Years: 2006 to 2010

Jag Raman recently moved to Austin, Texas, to take on a new role as Global Business Relationship Manager with Wipro Technologies. He is looking forward to connecting with A.T. Kearney alumni in the Austin area.

Jamin Eberhart
Last Title: Associate
Previous Office(s): Dallas
Years: 2001 to 2006

On April 23rd, 2011, Jamin Eberhart married best friend of many years and partner in life, Ransley Welch. It was a joyous event that was attended by many guests on a beautiful day in Dallas. Among the guests were several A.T. Kearney consultants and alumni, including Eric Stettler, Menno Ellis and Jeff Gordon.

Tim Stucka
Last Title: Summer Associate
Previous Office(s): Santa Clara
Years: Summer 2006

Tim was a Summer Associate in the A.T. Kearney Santa Clara office in 2006. He is now based in São Paulo, Brazil, managing the five-year growth plan for the Brazilian subsidiary of SAP.

Tim got a taste for fast-growing markets early in his career with SAP Corporate Strategy Group (CSG) in Palo Alto. During that time, he volunteered for a four-month strategy project to shape SAP’s 2014 Plan for China. Working on his Chinese language skills in his spare time, Tim traveled twice to Shanghai and Beijing to refine the mid-term China strategy.

Tim is now coordinating SAP’s growth strategy in São Paulo. In-country contacts have provided him with a better understanding of local market opportunities, and a clearer picture of which out of-the-box scenarios could unlock significant growth opportunities for SAP. As result of his previous experiences, Tim feels he is well prepared for this current multiyear assignment in Brazil, as FGM Brazil Program Director. It is a fascinating environment and one that allows him to build personal connections with his counterparts.
