Holger Röder
Holger Röder is a partner in A.T. Kearney and the lead for Strategic Information Technology (SIT) in Europe. Holger has over fourteen years of industry and consulting experience.
Holger's consulting focuses on growth and efficiency through IT, IT optimization (strategy, organization, governance, outsourcing, offshoring), and mergers & acquisition (M&A) — with an emphasis on consumer goods, chemical, and IT industries.
Representative engagements include:
- IT strategy for leading companies in automotive, consumer goods and chemical industries
- IT post merger integration of large chemical, IT, and utility companies
- IT carve-out of business units in chemicals, consumer goods, and oil industries

Holger and his teams have led a number of recent IT research studies, including "Growth Blocker IT," "IT Offshoring in Central Europe," and "Future Perspectives of the IT Industry in Germany." He also contributed to Strategic IT Management.
Holger holds several positions on advisor committees. He is also a leadership committee member of the special interest group for Software und Servicemarkt of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V.
He was born in Darmstadt, Germany, and studied industrial engineering at TH Darmstadt.
