Eugenio Prieto
Eugenio Prieto is a partner in A.T. Kearney and leads the firm’s European Transportation, Travel and Infrastructure practice from his base in Madrid.
His 20 years of industry and consulting experience span the European continent, with a particular emphasis on helping private transportation operators, public infrastructure managers, and government ministries address their major strategic and operational issues. Eugenio’s industry experience includes a stint as a member of TNT Spain’s executive board.
Representative engagements include:
- Strategic plans for a southern European high-speed rail authority and for a major Mediterranean port
- M&A strategies for the freight subsidiaries of a major European railways operator, a private freight operator, and an express & logistics integrator
- Intermodal transportation business strategies for several European freight railways divisions
- Business portfolio strategy for a major southern European port authority
- Corporate Head Office integration program for an express & logistics integrator
- Corporate strategy, organizational structure redesign, and transformation program for an express transportation company
Eugenio holds an M.B.A. from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, and a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the Madrid Polytechnic University.
