Bob Duffy

Bob Duffy is a partner in A.T. Kearney and the America’s practice leader for the pharmaceutical and health care practice.  He has over 37 years of experience in a variety of roles, including senior account officer leadership as well as service, industry and geographic profit center leadership and member of A.T. Kearney’s Board of Directors.  Bob's client base includes global corporations in healthcare, consumer products and high technology industries.

Representative engagements include:

• Serves as client officer for a wide range of strategic initiatives for one of the world’s largest healthcare/health insurance companies
• Led CEO post merger/acquisition integration including enterprise transformation, corporate re-structuring, organization strategy and development, corporate governance
• Led organization business model changes, including organization structure, performance management systems and corporate governance/management processes to support new business strategies
• Developed and implemented corporate restructuring programs focused on both achieving short term financial results improvement as well as putting sustainable changes in place to realize and maintain further  financial results
• Led teams to evaluate, develop and implement new organization structures and all related operating mechanisms
• Benchmarked business processes and cost structures to form the basis for organizational cost reduction programs

He is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Bay Area Council and is Chair of the Audit Committee.  He is a trustee and a member of the Executive Committee of the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco.  He is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the University Of Minnesota Carlson School Of Management.  He is on the Board of University of California Berkeley International House.

Bob earned a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Minnesota.
