Beth Bovis

Beth Bovis is an A.T. Kearney partner and a leader of the firm’s Women’s Consulting Network. Her consulting focus includes SG&A functional excellence, offshore strategies, and organizational transformation. She specializes in both the insurance and pharma industries.
Representative engagements include:
- Account officer for a major U.S. insurer, with multiple engagements to strategically address their cost structure and implement breakthrough change in the organization
- Multiple international operational excellence engagements for a leading global pharmaceutical company, creating a back office infrastructure to better align and enable sales in their markets
- Business process outsourcing (BPO) strategies for a major retailer, across 14 corporate functions — including market readiness, internal implementation readiness, benefits and business case, and process and technology implications
- For a leading shared services organization, new thinking on how to better measure the value the organization brings to the business, and a redesigned model to measure and manage internal customer satisfaction
- For a leading agribusiness company, an opportunity assessment to improve their global G&A functional effectiveness
Beth’s prior work experience includes GuidanceResources.com, where she was the Vice President Product Management and General Manager for Work Life Products. She earned a B.S. in economics, finance and multinational management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Beth has worked part-time for the past 8 years and lives in Madison, Wisconsin. Outside of A.T. Kearney, Beth is the President of the Board of Directors for the Michael Fields Agriculture Institute and Chair of the Capital Campaign for the New Morning Nursery School. She is a proud mother of two children, ages 6 and 3.
